File To Site complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to valid takedown notices. If you believe that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the infringing content on our platform
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where File To Site may be located)

Repeat Infringer Policy
File To Site has a strict policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. A user who receives three or more valid DMCA notices will have their account permanently suspended.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability. Submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages.
