Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where File To Site may be located)

Repeat Infringer Policy

File To Site has a strict policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. A user who receives three or more valid DMCA notices will have their account permanently suspended.
