Acceptable Use Policy
Guidelines for responsible use of the File To Site platform.

Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes behaviors that are prohibited on File To Site. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload, host, or distribute content that:
- Depicts the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) — we report all such incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Is obscene, defamatory, libelous, or unlawfully harassing
- Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or trade secret
- Constitutes unauthorized disclosure of personal or confidential information
- Promotes, incites, or glorifies violence or terrorism
- Constitutes illegal discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Phishing & fraud: Create sites designed to deceive users into providing credentials, financial information, or other sensitive data
- Spam: Send unsolicited bulk communications or use the Service to distribute spam
- Abuse the API: Make excessive automated requests that degrade Service performance for other users
- Impersonation: Create sites that impersonate banks, government agencies, or other trusted entities
- Circumvention: Attempt to bypass security measures, access controls, or upload restrictions
- Mining: Use the Service's infrastructure to mine cryptocurrency
- Scraping: Systematically scrape or harvest data from the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consume disproportionate resources or negatively impact Service performance.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this AUP, including:
- Removing offending content
- Suspending or terminating the account
- Reporting violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Taking legal action
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on File To Site that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@filetosite.com with:
- The URL of the offending content
- A brief description of the violation
- Any relevant evidence or context
We take all reports seriously and will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
